  • Abstract
In order to analyze the highway network accessibility for the Jingangshan scenic area, this paper used the weighted average travel time evaluation model, and selected different target nodes such as scenic spots, highway interchanges, traffic distribution centers, and tourism service facilities. Due to the particularity of the study area, we defined different geomorphic units based on DEM data to consider the influences of speed caused by terrain. The accessibility results showed that: 1) The general level of accessibility is adequate, but there existed significant differences among different nodes. 2) The spatial distribution of accessibility followed distance attenuation regularly, and attenuated slowly along the high-level road. 3) The spatial distributions of accessibility are anastomosed with spatial patterns of local terrain greatly.
