The Editor-in-Chief welcomes Dr. David J. Dumin as an Editor in the IEEE Electron Device Letters. A biography and sketch of Dr. Dumin´s areas of interest are given. Contributors in these areas are encouraged to submit their work directly to Dr. Dumin for consideration.
