Abstract :
A new configuration of millimetre wave quasioptical power combiner is demonstrated. It consists of two or more single-cavity multiple-device power combiners and a Fabry-Perot cavity. Because of the improved impedance-matching of diodes and increased injection-locking power, the total output power and combining efficiency of the system are significantly raised. The experimental results from K alpha -band models of the quasioptical power combiner are presented.
