Abstract :
This paper describes a class of (d,k) block codes with minimum Hamming distance dmin=3, i.e., with single error correcting capability. The construction of (d,k) codes with dmin=3 is based upon dklr-sequences and cyclic Hamming codes. The coding rate and the decoding procedure of the constructed codes are also provided
