Abstract :
Dynamic modelling of a switched-mode converter describes the internal dynamics of the converter and is computed using ideal source and load systems. Only by taking into account the effect of non-ideal source and load impedances can the converter dynamics be described reliably. This can be easily done for DC-DC converters. So far only the source-effect for the dynamics of three-phase converters has been published in the literature. Formulated is the effect of non-ideal load impedance in three-phase DC-AC converters for the first time. Using the procedures described, a thorough understanding of three-phase DC-AC converter dynamics can be achieved.
