Abstract :
The dotcoms may have had a stock market set back, but the converging march towards the fast expanding Internetworked-economy is continuing, albeit in a different more fundamentally sound basis. The author investigates the new e-infrastructures which offer SMEs the opportunity to make use of these technologies without having to invest in, own or manage the IT infrastructure themselves
