Abstract :
Part I of this tutorial (see ibid., vol. 14, no. 2, p. 113-19, 2000) described a lamp/eye/brain model that is incorporated in European flicker standards and in the specification of a flickermeter. Part II describes and illustrates voltage fluctuation study techniques to meet these flicker standards and suggests possible remedial measures to rectify flicker problems. It also discusses flicker compensator performance and system tests.
