Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the robust stability of time-delayed linear systems with uncertainties. The uncertainties are time-varying and unknown but are norm-bounded, and the time-delay is time-varying. A sufficient condition is presented in the linear matrix inequality form which is dependent on the size of time-delay and on the size of time-derivative. Finally, we give two examples to compare with the previous results
