Abstract
An investigation in the variation of the anisotropy field (Hk ) observed in transverse susceptibility measurements has been undertaken as a function of interaction strength. A well dispersed system of particles was produced using a horizontal bead mill following standard procedures of particulate media dispersion in a binder system. The interaction strength was altered by variation of the volume packing fraction p during the milling process
