  • Abstract
    The optical constants of Co/Cu multilayers have been determined by ellipsometry in the photon energy range 1.4-3.8 eV. The observations are discussed in terms of modified optical data for copper and these in turn are used to explain the magneto-optic polar Kerr spectrum over the same energy range
