Abstract :
Two-dimensional dielectric columniation triangular lattice is improved by means of the deformed triangular lattice and the gradual period and gradual index distribution photonic heterostructure. Through the two improvements, absolute band gaps can be obtained using low refractive index materials. The theoretical analysis and the experimental verifications are given.
