Abstract :
The year 2012 coincides with the 60th anniversary of the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S). This event will be celebrated in various ways at the 2012 International Microwave Symposium (IMS2012) in Montréal. This article highlights some of the historical milestones of MTT-S, provides related references, and describes the Anniversary´s special features at IMS2012.
