Abstract :
A very simple digitally programmable attenuator using FG-MOSFETs (floating-gate MOSFETs) is presented. HSPICE simulations of the circuit demonstrate a THD of less than -32 dB and a variable gain range of -13 to -31 dB with a supply voltage of ±1.5 V, load resistance of 10 kΩ and input signal of 3 Vp-p
