  • Abstract
    In the above paper by Lecours et al. (see ibid., vol.45, no.1, p.105-13, 1996) the authors have carried out a set of phase measurements at 910 MHz in different environments in order to characterize the mobile channel. The present authors have no comments on the actual measurements, which seem accurate and useful. However, they do offer comments regarding how the phase measurements are presented and discussed.
