Abstract :
A modified version of the constrained mean output energy (CMOE) detector, called a multiuser detector (MUD), is presented. With estimation of the channel noise variance, a significant reduction in performance can be avoided when signature mismatch exits, which is one of main problems of the CMOE detector. Numerical results are presented which confirm the validity of the method
