Abstract :
A novel bandpass filter using a parallel array of the high-temperature superconductor coplanar lines on an LaAlO3 substrate is developed. The simulation procedure based on quasi-TEM analysis is briefly discussed. A coplanar waveguide three-pole Chebyshev bandpass filter with 14% equal-ripple bandwidth at 1.775 GHz and 0.6 dB insertion loss at T=78 K was designed, fabricated, and measured. Good agreement between measured and simulated data was observed
