Several years ago, Jill McPhee left a 25-year career as an engineer in the computer industry for a more flexible job opportunity in finance, a move that allowed her to spend more time with her children. But after a while, McPhee found that she missed being a part of the hightech industry, and she started looking for ways to get back into it.
