Abstract :
The paper presents an independent novel surveillance system which can be deployed only at very high security areas, where people are usually not allowed to go. This system can be deployed without any alterations in the code in different environments; simply by changing the sensitivity of the system, from a room with fans and curtain to a concrete and air-conditioned room, all can be monitored simply by changing the sensitivity. It can also bring about an entirely different era in the world of motion detectors by being able to change the sensitivity of motion being able to change the sensitivity of motion detection as per the needs of the user.
