Abstract
The influence of 3-3.7-MeV proton bombardment in vacuum media on superconducting properties of Y-Ba-Cu-O films obtained with the aid of pulsed laser deposition on SrTiO3 substrates is investigated. It is shown that in the samples investigated T c drops linearly with increasing irradiation dose, the rate of this drop is approximately five times quicker than for Nb3Sn and there also takes place a broadening of the superconducting transition
