Abstract :
The 19 papers in this special issue were originally presented at 2010 IEEE RFIC Symposium, held May 23-25, 2010, in Anaheim, CA, USA. The first group of papers presents designs on components such as filters, phase-locked loops, attenuators, and power amplifiers. The second group of papers reports achievements on the design of transmitters, receivers, and transceivers. The third group of papers discusses research results in advanced device modeling, ESD techniques, and LNA circuit design.
