Dynamic stabilization in large rocket vehicles

SOME OF THE OTHER SPEAKERS will talk about the satellite vehicles and space vehicles. I would like to talk a little about the booster vehicles that get them started, the large, high-thrust rockets that boost them up where they´re going. I would like to talk about how to stabilize these things—how to get them pointed where we want them—what some of the problems in stabilizing these things are, and how these problems are likely to change in the future.
