Abstract
AN “ALL-ELECTRIC HOME” cannot be attained without electricity providing comfort through heating and cooling. The economic attainment of this goal is feasible through development of the heat pump. This will be a different load, in its magnitude and characteristics, from the load electric utilities were acquiring in the past.
