Abstract :
For the original paper see ibid., vol. 45, no. 1. p. 132-5 (1997). The commenter considers that the generalized impedance inverter described in the aforementioned paper with associated theory is essentially identical to that published by him previously (see ibid., vol. 21, no. 8, p. 519-26, 1973).
