Abstract :
This paper proposes a new type of built-in point-of-load (POL) reduces switching losses without the additional components. The proposed circuit can carry out the zero voltage switching of MOSFET of the POL for the duty loss by resonance in resonant bus converter. In order to verify the performance and the validity of the proposed structure, simulation is carried out. And the prototype rated with 200W was built and experimental results are carried out.
