Abstract :
A DC-gain enhancement technique for Q-tuning is presented for low-voltage current-mirror based differential current-mode integrators. A tunable active resistor makes it theoretically possible to obtain infinite DC-gain without making any modification to the operating point of the integrator. Simulation results agree well with the technique.
