Abstract :
In a previous paper King (ibid., vol. 45, p. 520-30, 1998) comments on an analysis by Bennett (Physics Today, vol. 47, p. 23-9, 1994) of the coupling of electric fields into the head of a person standing on ground under overhead wires. Here, Olsen and Kaune examine King´s work in the context of previous research. King replies to these comments.
