  • Abstract
    On 2-3 December 2010, I represented the IEEE Aerospace and Electronics Systems Society (AESS) at the International Congress of Technological Innovation (CINIT) in Puebla, Mexico. The conference “was created to become an important forum for the presentation and discussion of technological innovations.” It was intended as a conference where Pueblans can meet “distinguished visitors from other states of Mexico and abroad” There were 15 technical papers in Spanish and English, and one in Portuguese (that was cancelled).
