Abstract :
There exists the contradiction between the real-time and control performance for the digital filter applied in the computer real-time control system. A novel infinite impulse response digital low-pass filter is proposed and its multi-cascade mode is also put forwarded in this paper. It utilizes the program shift algorithm to optimize the coefficients of different from IIR and FIR filters. Thereby, it can reduce the quantization error and the program resources possession. Finally, simulation and experimental results applies in smart grid to verify the theoretical feasibility and enforceability.
