Abstract :
In a previous era, just doing your job well may have been good enough. But in today´s competitive global economy, taking the next step and displaying leadership is almost a prerequisite for getting ahead. I´ll use a real-life example from one of my clients to illustrate what leadership is and why it´s so important.
