  • Abstract
I think the most important skill/quality in the engineering workplace would have to be critical thinking supported by great communication skills. I feel as if these skill/qualities are highly important and valuable because an engineer has to be able to think beyond the norm and stay ahead of the “game.” In the engineering workplace, there is a lot of critical thinking and problem solving on a daily basis.
