Abstract :
A specially fabricated microchannel plate (MCP) has been successfully applied to a field emission display (FED) to obtain a bright moving picture, where the FED is operated by line-by-line addressing in the driving circuit. The anode brightness is about three times higher with an MCP, which also shows current stability
