Abstract :
Busy technical libraries spur creative people to develop or enhance devices and products which sell in the marketplace and yield profits for their companies. Thus it is desirable to have a “busy” technical library. What makes a library busy? Good service, timely resources, and project-related literature are among some of the attractions of an effective library facility.
