Abstract :
THIS WILL BE a brief editorial because this is a thin issue and because I am winding up (or down) as Editor of this TRANSACTIONS. Although no clear outline of my “farewell editorial” for the November issue has yet come to mind, I hope to pass on some ideas resulting from 25 years as editor of this TRANSACTIONS and as an active researcher and practitioner for over 35 years in the field of managing R&D/Engineering or the R&D/Innovation process.
