Editorial an overview of the IEEE transactions on engineering management

THE IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT is now in its thirty third year. More than 1000 papers on all aspects of engineering and R&D management have been published in it since 1954. We are in the process of expanding the scope and boundaries of this TRANSACTIONS to be responsive to the changing needs of the engineering management field and the growth pattern that this emerging discipline is experiencing.
