Abstract :
The 19 papers in this special section focus on digital ecosystems and cyber engineering. Some of the papers are extended versions of the best papers from the IEEE International Conference on Digital Ecosystems and Technologies (IEEE DEST) series. The rest were submitted by authors in response to the open call for papers for this special section.
