Abstract :
The Journal of Optical Communications and Networking (JOCN) is a specialty journal, published jointly by OSA and IEEE, dedicated to disseminating advances in the state-of-the-art of optical communications networks. JOCN accepts both theoretical contributions (including new techniques, architectures, concepts, and analyses) and experimental contributions (including system experiments and prototypes and new applications).
