Abstract :
Wavelength-conversion by four-wave mixing in a modelocked DBR laser diode where a modelocked pulse train is used as a pump light is reported. -18 dB of conversion efficiency and 8 nm of 3 dB bandwidth were obtained by using a 32 GHz modelocked DBR laser diode
