Getting engineers to write

Engineers can benefit financially by writing articles for trade journals if their companies offer incentives. Raytheon´s Semiconductor Division addressed the problem of appropriate incentives, to the benefit of the engineers and the company. Raytheon engineers at this division can earn a significant amount of money for each article published in a trade journal.
