Abstract
The study discussed the experiences and lessons learned from six years of working with female and minority engineering students across many different engineering disciplines. By using simple low cost/no cost techniques, students were able to successfully navigate through their undergraduate curriculum, while preparing themselves for careers beyond the graduation finish line.
