Abstract
Chen and Chen have dealt with a queueing model for obtaining some performance measures of OFDM wireless systems. Recently, Pla et al. have proposed the multi-class Erlang loss model as a more adequate one. However, the above two models considered only subcarriers as system resources, even though power is also another limited resource of OFDM systems. This letter proposes a generalized queueing model incorporating two kinds of resources, power and subcarriers.
