    The IEEE International Communications Conference (ICC 2010) held its latest successful annual event from May 23 to 27 in Cape Town, South Africa with more than 1,500 international scientists and governmental officials convening to discuss the latest initiatives for increasing the efficiency of global wireless systems and making broadband services "available to all people in all nations at affordable prices."
