Abstract :
The broadband beam scanning characteristics of a 64 element volumetric array antenna are examined. Main beam patterns are synthesised from the measured embedded element patterns and therefore include the effects of mutual coupling. The performance of the array is examined over a wide angular range at frequencies between 8 and 12 GHz
