  • Abstract
    A new circuit block with a stair-shaped I-V curve is described. The proposed circuit is based on a novel configuration of three cascode branches. Furthermore, a four-level quantising inverter and four-level latch utilising the proposed circuit are also presented. Unlike previous work, these designs are compatible with standard CMOS technology
