Abstract :
This paper presents the closed form of the transmission matrix for a normally biased ferrite slab. Using this transmission matrix, Green´s functions for multilayer ferrite structures can be numerically obtained in an accurate and efficient manner. The development of these Green´s functions can be viewed in terms of simple analogous circuits. Green´s functions obtained for several multilayer structures are compared to previously published results, and excellent agreement is achieved. As an application, the propagation constant for a single ferrite substrate is computed numerically using method of moments and compared to previously published results, and good agreement is achieved
