Abstract :
An efficient and accurate numerical analysis for a small aperture radial line slot antenna is proposed. A shorted radial line is modelled by a rectangular cavity with short pins arranged circularly in the method of moments analysis. It is advantageous from the viewpoint of computation cost, since no numerical integration is required in the estimation of matrix elements. The predicted return loss agree well with the measured one
