Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed a homography matrix decomposition based approach for video sequence synchronization for sequences that have different position and time offsets. The proposed method assumes that the scene has at least one stationary planar surface that can be used to obtain the homography matrix. It also assumes that trajectories of moving objects are known. The proposed video sequence synchronization method is able to obtain high accuracy results and provides computational simplicity compared to other methods.
