Abstract :
SIX RESEARCH papers and two book reviews are included in this issue. The question is always raised about the extent to which the contents of a research journal contribute to the knowledge base in the operational domain, and to the effectiveness of the practitioners of the field. Regardless of which field it is, the question is always the same, and it is always a valid question.
