Abstract :
The anomalous concentration dependence of the effective internal field in FeCo-Al2O3 granular films is explained in terms of local structure inhomogeneities. Using AFM, SQUID and FMR data it has been deduced that the composition of local film regions differs from the nominal one determined by EDAX
