Abstract :
EMBS sponsors three key activities: 1) conferences, 2) publications, and 3) member services. In this column, I would like to focus on our conference activities overseen by the Conference Committee and chaired by VP for Conference Activities Dr. Nigel Lovell. The primary goal of our conference activities is to provide effective forums for our members and the broad biomedical engineering community to disseminate research results, learn about the latest developments in the field, and meet colleagues from other institutions.
