Abstract
This year, the Italian Chapter of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) won the 2009 Chapter of the Year Award from the IEEE RAS. As chair of the Chapter, I want to mention a couple of elements that, in my opinion, are worth highlighting.
